Justine Garry wanted to reach out to the sports community to share some exciting updates about Aerial Tumbling Club. Located in Tadworth, this club welcomes children aged 4 and above to explore the world of gymnastics and tumbling.
The classes at Aerial Tumbling Club are designed for all skill levels, from absolute beginners to advanced gymnasts. Justine has ensured that each session is well-structured so gymnasts can learn new skills and continue to improve. The focus is on floor skills, such as gymnastic routines and tumbling sequences, as well as vaulting skills. The club features a full-size air track to make sure children can practise safely and confidently.
Justine wants everyone to know that the gymnasts' safety is a top priority at Aerial Tumbling Club. The club is affiliated with British Gymnastics and follows their guidelines closely. All coaches at the club are fully qualified, insured, and have undergone DBS enhanced checks. They regularly attend safeguarding workshops to maintain the highest standards of child safety.
The club has developed a comprehensive progression system with its own badge scheme, which emphasises floor work and skill development. Gymnasts might even be selected for squad classes for intensive training and the chance to compete locally and perform at fairs and displays. Justine also encourages recreational gymnasts to enter competitions to set goals and build their confidence.
