At Affinity Badminton Academy, we offer a range of coaching sessions designed to cater to players up to and including 18 years old. Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced player at premier and County level, we have sessions suited to your needs. We also have mixed ability sessions where play is completely inclusive, as well as sessions specifically tailored to different age groups and abilities.
Our coaching sessions are run by highly qualified coaches who are accredited by Badminton England. They provide expert advice and support to help players reach their full potential, focusing on developing the “whole player” and maintaining excellence in individual personal standards. We believe in creating an environment that encourages players to be the best they can be, both on and off the court.
One of the highlights of being a member of Affinity Badminton Academy is the opportunity to participate in local league matches and even become team captains. We believe in fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among our players, as it is an integral part of the sport.
For our adult players, we offer pay-and-play sessions on Mondays at Meadowcroft from 19:30 to 22:00 and on Thursdays at Buckingham Park from 20:15 to 22:30. These sessions provide a great opportunity for adults to enjoy the sport, stay active, and socialise with fellow badminton enthusiasts.
