The training schedule at Affinity is designed to accommodate everyone's busy lifestyles. No-Gi classes are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings, with a junior class for ages 6-9 at 6 pm and a class for ages 10-14 at 6:45 pm. On Fridays, there are additional junior classes at the same times. Open mat sessions are available on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings, and there is a Gi class on Friday evenings.
The club is closed on Thursdays and Sundays.

Free parking is available in the main Bowlers Croft car park, and clear signposts will guide you to the gym at the back of unit 29.
