The training schedule at Aikido Ki Society North Queensland is designed to accommodate various age groups and skill levels. On Wednesdays at the Cairns Dojo, adults have the opportunity to train from 18:30 to 20:00. On Saturdays, children can attend classes from 15:00 to 16:00, followed by adult classes from 15:00 to 17:00.

At the Mossman Dojo, training sessions are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On Tuesdays, children aged 12 and above, as well as adults, can participate from 18:00 to 19:30. Thursdays have designated times for children up to 12 years old from 16:30 to 18:00, with adult classes following from 18:00 to 19:30. Fridays are tailored for children aged 7 to 12 from 16:30 to 18:00, with parents welcome to join in.
