AKTIVATE Yoga & Wellbeing in Lilydale, Australia, we are dedicated to helping individuals activate positive change for themselves, both physically and mentally. Our modern and spacious studio offers a wide range of yoga classes suitable for all levels of experience, as well as various other healing practises such as Reiki healing, Reiki training, Chakradance, meditation, and wellbeing programmes.

Other offerings include Chakradance, a unique movement meditation practise, and various meditation sessions to help individuals find inner peace and relaxation.
