Dr Sara Winchester, the founder and holistic chiropractor at Align & Activate, has a deep understanding of the human body and its intricate connexions. With over 20 years of experience, she is highly skilled in using chiropractic techniques, Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), and mind-body techniques to restore balance and promote healing. Dr Sara is dedicated to listening to her clients' bodies and using her intuition to uncover the underlying causes of their health concerns.

In addition to chiropractic care, Align & Activate offers a range of services to support overall well-being. Deb Levey, a renowned Nutritional Kinesiologist, utilises kinesiology and nutritional guidance to help clients optimise their diet and improve their overall health. Fionna Middler, a Massage Therapist and Naturopath with decades of expertise, provides therapeutic massages and naturopathic treatments to promote relaxation, reduce pain, and enhance well-being.

The studio also offers Pilates and yoga classes to help individuals strengthen their bodies, improve flexibility, and find balance in their lives. These classes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, including active individuals, athletes, expectant mothers, and families.

Align & Activate is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to their clients. Dr Sara understands the importance of collaboration and works closely with other allied health professionals to ensure that her clients receive the best possible care. If a client's condition falls outside of her scope of practise, she is happy to refer them to the appropriate specialist for further evaluation and treatment.

To celebrate the opening of Align & Activate, the studio is hosting a Grand Opening/Christmas party where clients and community members can meet the practitioners, learn more about their services, and enjoy some festive fun. Align & Activate also offers a current special for their 2-week detox ME programme, aimed at detoxifying the body and resetting one's health for spring.
