Our philosophy at Aline Wellness is to focus on alignment in all aspects of life. We offer a range of services to support this alignment, including physiotherapy, massage therapy, pilates, yoga, and nutrition. Our physiotherapy services aim to restore and maintain movement after an injury or while managing chronic conditions. Our massage therapy promotes relaxation and healing through the manipulation of soft tissues.
