If you're new to Reformer Pilates or starting Pilates during pregnancy, we recommend starting with our Pilates Foundation class. This will introduce you to equipment set up and teach you the essential exercises to build a strong foundation for your practice. It usually takes about 4–8 sessions before you're ready to join our Reformer & Tower group class.
Your safety is our utmost priority, so we kindly ask that all participants be injury-free before attending group classes. If you have any existing injuries or illnesses, we recommend booking a Clinical Pilates session for a comprehensive assessment and personalised guidance.
