It was during this dark time in her life that Noreen stumbled upon yoga. Desperate for a way to cope with her grief and find some inner peace, she decided to give it a try. And from that very first class, she was hooked. Yoga became her lifeline, her sanctuary, her saving grace.

Through the practise of yoga, Noreen found a way to quiet her mind, soothe her soul, and connect with her inner self in a way she never thought possible.

Driven by her newfound passion for yoga and a deep desire to help others in similar situations, Noreen decided to become a certified yoga instructor, obtaining her certification in various styles of yoga including beginners, sports, pregnancy, back & core, restorative, advanced flow, and childrens yoga. She also trained in Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) and became a Reiki therapist, offering energy healing sessions in addition to her yoga classes.

Noreen's studio, “All Round Yoga & Energy Healing”, located in Charleville, Co. Cork, is not just a place to practise yoga, but a sanctuary for healing, growth, and transformation. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, Noreen welcomes students of all levels and backgrounds to come and experience the powerful benefits of yoga and energy healing. Whether you're looking to increase flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, or simply find some inner peace, Noreen's classes offer something for everyone.

In addition to her regular yoga classes and energy healing sessions, Noreen also offers Thai massage therapy, a traditional form of bodywork that combines acupressure, assisted yoga stretches, and energy balancing techniques to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension.
