Sam has represented New Zealand in various overseas competitions, including the World Cheerleading Championships in Orlando, Florida in 2012 and 2014. Their Flips, Lifts, and Dance classes are designed to teach children the foundations of cheersport, dance, and gymnastics. These classes are suitable for children with no prior experience or skills. They cover floor-based gymnastics skills, dance skills, lifts and pyramids, showmanship, and performance skills.
