Alsace Polo is a picturesque polo club located in Veresdale Scrub, near Beaudesert in Queensland, Australia. Situated an hour's drive from Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast, Alsace offers a stunning DIY location for various events, including weddings and parties.

The property, a privately-owned family estate, boasts a charming and rustic setting, with its intimate courtyard, barns, and cargo shed nestled amidst the rural countryside. Upon entering Alsace through the ornate gates, guests are greeted by a fountain and a deck that can accommodate up to 120 people for a sit-down reception or 160 for a cocktail party, complete with ample space for a dancefloor.

Alsace caters to all kinds of occasions, whether it's an intimate gathering or a grand event. There is no minimum spend required, and there are no corkage or surcharges on alcohol. Guests have the freedom to choose their own catering options based on their price point and even have the opportunity to provide their own drinks for their guests. Alsace offers a range of accommodation options for up to 30 to 40 people, ensuring that there is ample space for all loved ones to stay comfortably.

The venue guarantees plenty of space for ceremonies and receptions. The beautiful courtyard, nestled between the rustic barns, provides a grassed area for wedding ceremonies. The cargo shed, made up of brightly coloured shipping containers, offers a spacious undercover area for a seated reception of up to 200 people or 250 for a cocktail party, with enough room for a dance floor. Both spaces feature refrigerators in the bar area for convenient drink storage.

Alsace Weddings & Events also offers tailored wedding packages that can be customised to suit individual needs. Accommodation and camping spaces are available on-site for guests, with prices and details provided upon request. There are different package options available, such as the Essentials Package, Quaint Package, Charming Package, and Debonair Package, offering varying inclusions and amenities to cater to different preferences.

For event hire, Alsace offers flexible options. From Friday to Saturday, the fee is $3500, and from Monday to Thursday, it is $3000. This includes access to drop off and set up timings, the day prior to the event, the day of the event, and the day after for packing up. Additionally, there is the option of hiring the venue for a single day at a rate of $1500.

Guests can also choose from accommodations available at Alsace. The Roscommon Lodgings offer six individual air-conditioned and en-suite rooms, including a shared common area with a kitchen, lounge, dining area, laundry, and bathroom. All six rooms can be booked for $550 for one night or $1020 for two nights. Alsace allows up to five tents and two caravans/camper trailers on-site for an additional fee.
