Susie Penner is the founder of Altona Yoga and has been practising yoga for over 15 years. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2015 and has since continued her education with workshops and trainings in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Susie's teaching style is gentle, grounding, and focused on mindfulness and breath awareness. She believes in the healing power of yoga and is passionate about creating a space where students can connect with their bodies and minds.
