He takes pride in creating personalised plans based on each individual's unique circumstances and aims to educate, motivate, and empower them to enhance their overall health and quality of life.
With qualifications as an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Mitch is well-equipped to address a wide range of health concerns. His areas of expertise include weight management, diabetes management, cholesterol and blood pressure management, coeliac disease, adverse food reactions, gastrointestinal diseases, osteoporosis/osteopaenia, arthritis, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, respiratory conditions, cancer, depression/anxiety, and more.
Our consultation fees are as follows: Dietitian Initial Consult (45mins) – $110, Dietitian Review Consult (30mins) – $85, Exercise Physiology Consult (30mins) – $85. Private health insurance rebates are available, and clients with a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM/EPC) from their GP are entitled to receive a Medicare rebate of $55. 10 for each consultation.
