Our hotel features a collection of Lakeland rooms that are equipped with private hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and contemporary lounges. The rooms are exclusively open for residents only, ensuring a tranquil and private stay. However, we also welcome non-residents for pre-booked dinners at our restaurant and spa packages at our Waterfall Spa by Clarins.

We have carefully designed our surroundings to provide the best service and welcome for our guests, creating a nurturing and relaxing environment for your holiday. Our aim has always been to treat our guests like family, ensuring that you can relax and recharge during your stay with us.

During the festive season, we offer special December and New Year breaks. Our New Year package includes a delightful Champagne and canap reception, followed by a lavish gala dinner with live music from our harpist and cabaret performance by Mr. Stephen Bayliss. We also have special midnight celebrations to welcome in the new year, and the night continues with a disco party.

As an environmentally conscious hotel, we are proud to have received the Green Tourism Silver Award for our efforts in promoting a greener and cleaner environment. We also offer a free car park for our guests, and if you have an electric car, we can provide charging facilities as well.
