Amity Pilates is run by Gemma Duff, a highly experienced Pilates instructor who has been teaching since 2002. Gemma initially trained in the contemporary perspective of Pilates before delving into the classical system. She has close relationships with various health professionals in the Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula areas and is able to collaborate with them to create personalised programmes upon request.
