In winter, Lena focuses on the Water element—think rest, restoration, and renewal. These classes feature yin poses held for longer, with some yang moves to keep things balanced. Ideal for conserving energy during those colder months.
Expect yin poses targeting bladder and kidney energy, as well as the back, legs, hips, and some twists. These sessions are great for those feeling low on energy, helping to restore vitality without overdoing it.
Lena’s teaching style blends Hatha Yoga with Traditional Chinese Medicine, using the 5 Elements Framework for health and well-being. You'll find a mix of Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Qigong, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra in her classes. Her background in Shiatsu means you'll experience everything from dynamic flows in warm weather to restorative yoga during winter.
