This includes a Cadillac, two Reformers, and a Wunda Chair, ensuring a comprehensive Pilates experience for all clients.
With over 15 years of experience teaching Pilates, Andrea is dedicated to offering personalised and tailored classes. Her approach is simple: she teaches to the body in front of her, guaranteeing each client the attention and guidance they need to achieve their fitness goals.
The studio provides a variety of session types to fit different needs. These include Private sessions (one person), Dual sessions (two people), Small Group Classes (up to three people), and Mat Classes (up to six people). This range allows clients to choose their preferred setting and level of personal attention.
