Possible. I started teaching classes in small studios around London and quickly realized that this was my calling.

In 2017, I took the leap and opened Ang Eaton Pilates & Wellness in the heart of London. My studio is a warm and welcoming space where women can come to heal, strengthen and love their bodies. I offer a range of Pilates classes, from Mat Pilates to Reformer Pilates, as well as specialized classes for women going through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

What sets Ang Eaton Pilates & Wellness apart is my holistic approach to womens health and fitness. I believe that Pilates is not just about physical strength, but also about mental and emotional wellbeing. My classes are designed to help women connect with their bodies, build self-confidence and feel empowered in all aspects of their lives.
