Angel Hall Flow Yoga

Join Gina Hayes for an invigorating Hatha-Fusion Flow Yoga Class at The Angel Hall. With over 20 years of experience and 15 years of teaching, Gina's classes are designed to leave participants toned, revitalised, and with a spring in their step. She has trained with prestigious organisations such as the British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Professionals, Kripalu Lifeforce, and The Devon School of Yoga, as well as international teachers Paul and Tara, known for their 'embodied flow' approach.

Gina's yoga style is diverse and draws inspiration from various disciplines and Chinese Five Element theory. Her classes combine breath, alignment, and energy work in creative sequences to help free cluttered minds and bodies and bring them into the present moment. Whether the theme of the class is 'Bliss' or 'Declutter', individuals can expect to smile, laugh, and playfully explore their boundaries.

All levels are welcome to join Gina's classes at The Angel Hall. Participants are advised to bring their own yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and anything else they may need to feel comfortable. A bottle of water is also recommended to stay hydrated during the session. The classes take place on Mondays from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

The cost for a 5-week course at The Angel Hall is £50, or individuals can attend a single class for £10 if there's space available.
