What should I wear to class? We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, such as leggings or dance pants and a fitted top.

For specific classes like high heels dance, you may want to bring a pair of heels to change into. Dance shoes are recommended for all classes, but not required for the trial class. Beginner dancers are welcome, and no experience is necessary. We cater to all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced dancers.
