Join Michelle Ng at Apex Barbell Club on Saturday, August 10th, 2024, for the Apex Top 3 Meet. The event will take place at 5109 Harvester Rd Unit 14A, Burlington, ON L7L 5Y9. Participants can register for the event with a registration fee of $160, excluding the WRPF Canada Membership required. There is also an optional Meet Shirt available for $30, exclusively for competing lifters. Spectators can attend by paying a $10 fee at the event. Registration is considered complete only after the fee is received via E-transfer to plm@apexbarbellclub.ca.
The event will showcase various categories such as Full Power, Push Pull, Deadlift Only, Bench Only, Raw (Sleeves), Classic Raw (Wraps), Drug-Tested, and Untested divisions. There will be weight classes and age categories to cater to different participants. Awards will be presented during the event.
