Apex Ability Gym, located in Stanley, Durham, is committed to functional fitness with 7,000 sq ft of training space. Founded by Chris, the gym uniquely combines traditional lifting with unconventional methods to boost strength, conditioning, and mobility.

Chris knows a gym can be intimidating for some, so he has cultivated a welcoming and supportive environment at Apex. His aim is to transform members’ attitudes towards training and health, ensuring full commitment to their fitness journeys.
