Finally, Western Boxing classes teach various striking techniques, including the jab, uppercut, cross, and hook.

Apex MMA offers a carefully planned class rota to ensure that students can engage in a diverse range of training. On Mondays, students can participate in Striking and No Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes.
