Apollo Bay Fishing Charters is excited to invite all fishing enthusiasts to an upcoming local fishing event. Our fishing club provides private charters for a maximum of 10 persons, offering an extraordinary adventure and the chance to witness wildlife in its natural habitat. While fishing takes centre stage, there is an abundance of fascinating marine life to marvel at during our trips.

Non-fishers are more than welcome to join us and experience Apollo Bay from a unique perspective. Our vessel, the 'Let Er Rip,' is an 8.8m Noosa Cat 3100 Sportsfisherman equipped with twin 250hp Mercury Verado four-stroke engines. With its spacious and comfortable fully enclosed cabin, passengers can enjoy a smooth ride, shielded from the elements such as wind, rain, and ocean spray.

Apollo Bay offers a diverse range of fishing opportunities, with our primary targets being Flathead, Snapper, and Gummy Shark. For those seeking a specialised experience, we also offer Bluefin Tuna charters. Additionally, you may encounter other exciting species including Morwong, Gurnard, School Shark, Australian Salmon, Silver Trevally, Yellowtail Kingfish, Barracouta, Nannygai, Squid, Blue Shark, Wrasse, King George Whiting, Blue Mackerel, Mako Shark, and many more!

Our captain, Daniel Kent, is a knowledgeable local with extensive experience in tournament-grade fishing. He has been fishing competitively and providing exceptional local tours for a significant period, ensuring that both beginners and experienced anglers can make the most of their fishing experience.

When preparing for your adventure, we recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and suitable wet/weather-appropriate clothing. Don't forget your camera to capture those memorable moments! Feel free to bring along your own food and drinks as needed, and a small backpack or carry bag can be handy for personal belongings.

While fishing gear is provided, it's important to note that a fishing license is required unless exempted. Please ensure you have the necessary permits to join us on our exciting fishing journey.
