The next club day, which includes the Xmas Funday, is scheduled for 17th December, with gates opening at 7. 30 am and drivers' briefing starting at 8.

In order to ensure fair competition and uphold the integrity of the sport, Apparelmaster Raceway strictly adheres to kart racing rules and regulations. Practise sessions are also available for enthusiasts to sharpen their skills and get familiar with the track. It is important for participants to register for practise using the provided sporty link and follow the designated practise hours, which are from 10 am until 6 pm during daylight savings hours and from 11 am until 4 pm outside daylight savings.
Membership at KartSport BOP or an affiliated club of Kartsport NZ is required to participate in practises and events at Apparelmaster Raceway. Special permissions for practise outside designated hours can be granted upon written confirmation from the club executive and committee. Practise fees apply and receipts will be issued to those who have paid. Club members pay $20 per person per day, while non-club members pay $40.
Safety is of utmost importance at Apparelmaster Raceway. The track enforces strict rules, such as no engines allowed to be started prior to hours of practise, no anti-clockwise practise, and no driving through the pits on practise days. Failure to comply with these rules can result in penalties and possible bans from the track.
To ensure the smooth operation of the track, keys are available through designated individuals. If the key is not returned the same day, a fee of $50 per day will be charged until it is returned. The track also prohibits certain driver combinations during practise, such as juniors under the age of 15 driving senior karts.
