Led by Angela, a passionate yoga instructor, dietician, and businesswoman, Apsara Yoga offers a nurturing and sacred space where students can relax, rejuvenate, and connect with their body, mind, and soul. Angela's journey with yoga began in 2000 during her travels through India, Nepal, and South East Asia. Inspired by the local culture and immersed in various meditation and yoga practises, she developed a deep appreciation for the philosophy and benefits of yoga.

In 2006, Angela started her dedicated practise of Sudarshan Kriya, Pranayama, Sahaj Samadi meditation, and yoga through the Art of Living Foundation. Yoga asana became her solace, helping her find balance amidst the stress of her corporate job in Cape Town, South Africa. Over the years, Angela has trained in various yoga styles including Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Therapy, and Yin Yoga. She has obtained her 500-hour teaching certification, is a member of Yoga Australia, and specialises in teaching Pregnancy Yoga, Yoga for Active Birth, and Postnatal Yoga.
