Otumoetai Pool, the local Swimming club in Tauranga, is excited to announce our upcoming Aqua Aerobics event. Aqua Aerobics is a fantastic low impact cardio workout that is suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to get in shape, or simply wanting to add some variety to your exercise routine, this workout is perfect for you!

One of the great benefits of Aqua Aerobics is that it enables individuals to improve their strength, endurance, and flexibility, all while reducing impact and inflammation on the joints. Our instructors at Otumoetai Pool are highly qualified within the sports and recreation industry, so you can be confident that you'll be receiving top-notch guidance and expertise to help you meet your fitness goals.

Even if you're a complete beginner, there’s no need to worry. Our Aqua Group Classes provide a safe and supportive environment where you can learn and challenge yourself. These classes are available for members with Platinum and Gold Clubfit memberships.

Please take note that during school holidays, there will be no 1.30 pm classes at Baywave, and on Public Holidays, there will be no classes at all.
