CrossFit North Queensland wants to invite all fitness enthusiasts in Townsville to join their exciting water aerobics classes at AQUA@RIVERWAY and AQUA@LONG TAN. These challenging classes incorporate floating equipment to provide a dynamic workout for the cardiovascular and muscular systems.
Whether you're an experienced athlete, recovering from an injury, expecting a baby, or just starting out on your fitness journey, these classes are suitable for everyone. You have the freedom to work at your own pace, allowing for a flexible and personalised workout.
The classes are currently held at our winter location, the Outdoor Heated Pool at Long Tan Aquatic Centre. Be sure to mark your calendars for every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am.
For those interested in a one-time visit, the cost is only $12. If you're over the age of 55, you'll enjoy a discounted rate of $10 for a casual visit. We also have a convenient 10-visit card option, priced at $99 for regular attendees and $80 for individuals over 55.
