What classes and self-defense options do you offer?

We teach Brazilian jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts for Mini Monkeys ages 4-7, Young Guns ages 8-12, and Adults ages 13+. We also offer women’s self-defense classes and focus on self-defense, escapes, and becoming comfortable with wrestling.

How do I join or register, and what do I need for the first class?

You can start with a free 1-week trial. For your first Mini Monkeys class, just wear a t-shirt and shorts, and you’ll be expected to purchase a uniform (gi) within the first month.
