ARCAN Taekwon-Do

Located in the heart of Nepean, ARCAN Taekwon-Do is a martial arts school dedicated to the practice and promotion of the Korean art of self-defence. Established in 2010 by Mr. Diego Cabanas, a VI Dan International Instructor, ARCAN Taekwon-Do offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers all elements of traditional ITF fundamental movements, patterns, breaking, step sparring, free sparring, self-defence, and conditioning.

With two locations in Nepean and Riverside South, ARCAN Taekwon-Do prides itself on bringing together the communities of Argentina and Canada through the shared love of Taekwon-Do. Head Instructor Mr. Cabanas, along with a team of experienced instructors including V Dan International Instructor Ms. Lisa Perry, ensures that students of all ages and skill levels receive top-notch training in a safe and supportive environment.

From Taekwon-Do classes for kids as young as 4 years old to competitive teams competing at the international level, ARCAN Taekwon-Do offers a wide range of programs to suit every individual's interests and goals.
