On Mondays, there are classes conducted by Alzheimer's Scotland (2nd Monday of the month), dance classes for senior citizens, a smoking cessation group to help people quit smoking, ballroom dancing for seniors, and Aikido classes in the evening. Tuesdays feature yoga and badminton/table tennis for senior citizens, and a dance class called Change to Dance for senior citizens as well. Lau gar Kickboxing classes take place in the evening.

Thursdays offer keep fit and scrabble activities for senior citizens, as well as a Weightwatchers group in the evening, and Tae Kwon Do classes. On Fridays, there is walking football for senior citizens and line dancing for seniors as well. Saturdays feature Aikido classes in the morning and a Youth Theatre programme from 10 am to 12 pm.
