Linsey at Aroha Nui Yoga has created a welcoming yoga studio right here in Helensville, NZ. She’s been teaching since 2000 and knows her stuff. Aroha Nui Yoga is all about helping you feel good in your mind, body, and spirit. Whether it's building mental resilience in the Hinengaro (mind) courses, moving and stretching in the Tinana (body) courses, or finding your inner peace in the Wairua (spirit) classes, there’s something for everyone.

Classes are student-focused, meaning you can grow at your own pace. No matter your fitness level or flexibility, Linsey makes sure everyone feels included and safe. You can join in-person or from the comfort of your own home, and you’ll gain strength, clarity, balance, and an overall sense of well-being.

Linsey also offers live events and digital courses, so there’s plenty of ways to keep up with your practice. The blog is great too, filled with helpful yoga tips and musings.
