Join our adult classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our kids' classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30pm to 4:15pm, and are suitable for children aged 7 to 11 years old. Younger children aged 6 to 7 years old can also participate with parental attendance.
Muay Thai Boxing – Fundamentals Class Mon, Wed 6:00pm 7:00pm If you're new to Muay Thai Boxing or looking to brush up on your basics, our Fundamentals Class is perfect for you. This class is held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm and is suitable for all fitness levels. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the fundamental techniques and help you build a solid foundation in Muay Thai Boxing.
Dutch Style Kickboxing – Advanced Class Tue, Thu 7:30pm 8:30pm For those looking for a more intense and challenging workout, our Advanced Class in Dutch Style Kickboxing is just what you need. Held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, this class is designed for experienced kickboxers who want to take their skills to the next level. Our instructors will push you to your limits and help you improve your technique and conditioning.
Boxing – Fitness Class Tue, Thu 6:00pm 7:00pm Our Boxing Fitness Class is a high-energy workout that combines the techniques and conditioning of boxing with cardiovascular exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Our experienced trainers will motivate you to reach your fitness goals and improve your boxing skills.
Personal Training – By Appointment If you prefer one-on-one attention or have specific fitness goals in mind, our personal trainers are available for individualised training sessions. By appointment only, our trainers will tailor a workout programme to suit your needs, whether it's weight loss, strength training, or improving your martial arts skills.

We also have a 300sqm martial arts studio with a boxing ring, bags, pads, and wall mats. After a challenging workout, unwind and relax in our sauna or enjoy our premium showers, toiletries, and towels.
Located at 16 Taonui Street in Palmerston North, our gym is open daily from 5am to 11pm on weekdays and weekends. There are no joining fees, and your first class is free, so come and give it a go.
