What kind of training does Ascendancy Wrestling Academy offer?

We provide contact-based wrestling training focused on personal growth, athletic development, fitness and self-defense. Our programs help build confidence, resilience and empowerment through safe, supervised rough-and-tumble play.

Who can join the classes?

We offer classes for children ages 3+, youth and adults, and no experience is necessary. Everyone has their own goals, and we help you work toward them.

When are the classes on Mondays?

On Mondays, we run Varsity Wrestling: Technique & Control (Teen & Tween, Grade 5+ from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Genki JJ) for teens and adults.
