Ascension Aerials

Level 6 students will be mastering advanced tricks and transitions, working on seamless combinations, and refining technique. This level is for experienced students who are ready to push their limits and take their skills to the next level.

In Aerial Hoop classes, students will learn foundational movements and transitions on the aerial hoop. Students will work on strength and flexibility to execute beautiful poses and tricks on the hoop.

Aerial Chain classes focus on strength, control, and fluidity on the chain. Students will learn how to manipulate the chain to create dynamic movements and transitions.

Flying Pole classes combine pole and aerial in a unique and exhilarating way. Students will work on spinning and transitioning on a spinning pole while suspended in the air.
