At Ascot Vale Netball, participants can expect an exceptional experience on newly resurfaced courts, ensuring an excellent playing surface for all. The stunning venue is set against the tranquil Maribyrnong River, creating a serene backdrop for your netball games. And guess what? It's only a short 10-kilometer journey from the CBD Riverside, making it oh-so-convenient for all you city dwellers.
When it comes to facilities and services, Ascot Vale Netball has got you covered. With plenty of parking available, you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your car. Plus, for those who prefer a more eco-friendly mode of transportation, biking along the river is a perfect option. And if public transport is your jam, the nearby Ascot Vale Station is just 2.2 kilometres away.
The netball season at Ascot Vale Netball promises to be an exciting journey, with 16 rounds followed by 2 intense finals rounds. Mark your calendars, as the season kicks off on October 15, 2023. The thrilling grand finals will take place on March 24, 2024, but make a note that there will be no games on November 5 and during the Christmas break from December 17, 2023, to January 14, 2024.
Looking ahead, the next season is set to start on April 7, 2024. So, gather your squad and make sure to register your team before March 31 to secure your spot.
Game times at Ascot Vale are structured in convenient 40-minute intervals. And for those who prefer a dose of twilight netball magic, there are Sunday afternoon games available. Take your pick from the following game times: 4:40 PM, 5:20 PM, and 6:00 PM.
