We offer One Hour Yoga for beginners or returning practitioners, plus Ashtanga Mysore style Assisted Self Practice. We also hold a Led Primary Series class every Thursday morning.
One Hour Yoga runs on Tuesdays at 6pm in Great Bourton. Assisted Self Practice is on Wednesdays from 5:30am to 8am in Claydon and on Saturdays from 7am to 9:30am in Fenny Compton, with Led Primary Series every Thursday morning in Warmington.
