Aspire2Fitness is a brand new, purpose-built gym and studio located in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. Operated by Ashlyns School, the gym was created not only for the benefit of the school but for the entire Berkhamsted community. Aspire2Fitness prides itself on being not only the best value gym in town but also the best looking one.
The gym features a bright and spacious air-conditioned space with state-of-the-art Matrix cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Members have access to a range of equipment including treadmills with integrated screens, steppers, cycles, cross-trainers, rowers, and a 20-station dedicated spin bike zone. Additionally, the gym offers a functional training rig, free weights up to 50 kg, and medicine balls.
For those who prefer group exercise, Aspire2Fitness offers a comprehensive fitness class timetable. From spin classes in the dedicated spin zone to Body Pump, Body Combat, yoga, Zumba Toning, and pilates in the large, airy studio, there is something for everyone. All fitness classes are included in the membership and can be booked either by phone or through the online booking facility.
Aspire2Fitness strives to support its members in their fitness journey. Membership is available for just 27 per month. By becoming a member, individuals receive a free gym induction with one of the highly qualified fitness instructors, full access to the state-of-the-art gym, use of the dedicated spin zone, and free participation in all fitness classes, subject to available spaces.
Convenience is also a priority at Aspire2Fitness, with ample free parking available for members. The gym is easily accessible and is open Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 22:00, and on weekends from 08:00 to 18:00. Special opening times are in place for the Christmas period.
