For those interested in women's gymnastics, Aspire Gymnastics Club provides comprehensive training on all four apparatus: floor, beam, vault, and asymmetric bars. Similarly, the men's gymnastics programme focuses on all six apparatus: floor, high bar, vault, p-bars, rings, and pommel. These classes are open to gymnasts aged 5 and up, allowing for progression and development of skills.

Aspire Gymnastics Club also offers holiday camps, open to both boys and girls aged 5 to 16. These sessions provide an exciting and engaging experience across all apparatus, including floor, beam, vault, trampoline, and bars. In addition to the various classes, the club provides an adult session designed for individuals aged 17 and older. This session serves as an introduction to gymnastics and includes open trampolining sessions every Wednesday evening.
