He has trained and competed at state and national levels, achieving success in various competitions. We have recently moved to a bigger, permanent location in Ballarat Central, allowing us to accommodate a growing number of members and provide a comfortable and safe environment for training. Our facility is equipped with high-quality judo mats, ensuring a cushioned and supportive surface for practising throws and groundwork techniques. In addition to our physical training space, we also have a dedicated strength and conditioning area where members can work on improving their fitness and strength. We offer a range of programmes to cater to individuals of all ages and abilities.
Our junior programme is designed for children aged 5 and above, teaching them the basics of judo while promoting physical fitness, coordination, and discipline. Our adult programme is tailored to individuals of all skill levels, providing them with opportunities to learn and practise advanced techniques and participate in friendly competitions. We also offer specialised programmes for individuals interested in self-defence and those preparing for competitive judo. Our programmes are led by our team of experienced and qualified coaches who are dedicated to providing personalised instruction and guidance to each member.
