ANQ is home to over 40 affiliated clubs, each offering unique facilities and services for track and field and recreational running. Whether you're an athlete, coach, official, or volunteer, joining a club at ANQ is a great way to stay fit, meet new people, and learn new skills. Individual membership is available for just $25, granting access to Athletics North Queensland, Queensland Athletics, and Athletics Australia. This membership also includes exclusive member-only discounts, regular newsletters to keep you up-to-date with activities, and personal accident insurance coverage under the National Athletics Insurance Scheme.
For clubs, organisations, and running groups, becoming affiliated with ANQ is a great opportunity. Club and group membership starts from $300 and provides affiliation with Athletics North Queensland, QRun, Queensland Athletics, and Athletics Australia. This membership also includes insurance coverage under the National Athletics Insurance Scheme and a promotional package to increase exposure to the athletics community. Affiliated clubs can also access the RevSport online club system for seamless membership, merchandise, and event entry management.
Event managers and race directors can take advantage of event membership starting from $550. This membership offers benefits such as insurance coverage under the National Athletics Insurance Scheme, a promotional package to reach the running community in Queensland, and event sanctioning by QRun, Athletics North Queensland, Queensland Athletics, and Athletics Australia.
ANQ also offers school base membership, catering to students who want to compete in competitions around Australia. This membership provides limited coverage from 20 September to 12 December, allowing access to the North Queensland Championships and Australian All Schools Championships. Please note that athletes with school base membership will not be eligible for selection in the Australian Track and Field Championships in 2024 unless they join a club.
