We offer a range of programmes and services tailored to meet the needs of athletes, individuals seeking personal training, adults looking to improve their fitness, and youth wanting to reach their true potential.
For athletes, we provide the same high standards, attention to detail, performance testing, and injury prevention care as professional athletes. Our evidence-based programmes and science mixed with practical experience lead to successful rehab results for our members in our rehab programmes.
Our private coaching programmes offer one-on-one personal training tailored to individual fitness goals. We believe in using current best-practise and cutting-edge sport science in our adult group training systems to help individuals get stronger, faster, and fitter.
Our youth programmes are based on science and our experience. We conduct assessments to identify the best way to help children reach their true potential, focusing on their physical and mental development. We also offer NDIS and DVA programmes designed to support individuals with disabilities and veterans seeking specialised care.
Some small group classes we offer at Athletix include recovery, mobility, strength training, conditioning, speed training, and youth development. These classes are led by our elite coaches who are members of the major national organisations for exercise professionals and strength and conditioning.
Our membership plans cater to different needs and budgets. For youth members, we offer unlimited classes, free benchmark test days, and 30 minutes of one-on-one consultation with a physiotherapist. Similarly, adult and family members get access to these benefits along with all area access. Athletes subscribing for a 12-month programme receive dedicated coaching and benchmark force plates tests.
Athletix is proud of its team of elite practitioners, including S&C Director M. Mastrorocco, S&C Coaches Reza Sharifian, Isaac Corvo, Ritti Kagi, and Jacob Nilsson, Exercise Physiologists David Lawrence and Giles Aldridge, as well as Physiotherapist Campbell Antonio.
