In 2016, Arlene launched her own fitcamp, determined to provide personalised guidance by keeping class sizes small, a maximum of eight participants. This approach quickly garnered recognition.
With the changes brought by the pandemic, Arlene saw an opportunity to expand her passion into a business. She pursued training in Pilates and Health and Nutrition, culminating in the opening of Arlene’s Fitcamp in May 2021.
Evolving to offer a comprehensive range of services, the centre rebranded as Atlene Fitness and Wellness Centre. Here, fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness are seamlessly integrated.
