At Pace Coaching Services offers a range of coaching options to suit different needs. One-on-one coaching sessions are available on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis and can be tailored to specific goals. Additionally, there is a running MOT service that focuses on correcting form and preventing injuries. For those with a particular race in mind, Annie provides recommended plan lengths for different distances, such as 5k, 10k, half-marathon, marathon, and ultra marathon, taking into account the current fitness level of the individual.
The coaching prices are reasonable and offer different levels of support. The Monthly Plan Bronze includes an initial meeting and assessment, a tailored plan, and unlimited email contact. The Monthly Plan Silver includes weekly phone contact and a session with the running coach every fortnight. The Monthly Plan Gold includes weekly phone contact and a session with the running coach every week.
For those who are interested in the running MOT service, it is a 90-minute session that includes a full running assessment, a written report, photos, and a plan for moving forward.
