The Squad & Development Juniors training sessions are held on Monday and Wednesday from 18:30 to 19:30, while the Senior Squad & Development training sessions take place on the same days from 19:30 to 20:30. Beginners can join the club's designated session on Thursday from 18:30 to 19:30, or on Sunday from 10:00 to 11:00. Additionally, there are separate training sessions for squad boxers on Fridays from 19:30 to 20:30.
