AYVAH Yoga – Balance & Happiness is a Yoga studio located in Gravesend, New Zealand. Led by Eva, a passionate and experienced Yoga teacher, this studio focuses on promoting overall well-being and helping students find balance and happiness in their lives.
Eva believes that the body and mind are interconnected, and that when both are in good shape, one can experience true happiness and contentment. In her classes, she creates a safe and nurturing environment for students to work on improving their wellness, both physically and mentally. Through the practise of Yoga, Eva guides her students to become healthier and stronger, while also cultivating inner awareness and self-enquiry.
At AYVAH Yoga, Eva offers a weekly in-person Ashtanga-style Vinyasa Flow class. She is a certified Yoga teacher, as well as a Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga Nidra and mindfulness meditation teacher. Eva is a member of Yoga Alliance UK Professionals and Yoga Alliance USA, ensuring that she has the knowledge and expertise to guide her students safely and effectively.
The classes at AYVAH Yoga are structured based on the anatomy of the human body, allowing students to safely warm up, increase strength, and explore peak poses. Each class concludes with a relaxation period, providing students with an opportunity to find inner peace and restore their energy.
Whether you are new to Yoga or have been practising for years, Eva welcomes students of all levels to join her classes. Her goal is to help each individual connect with themselves, find balance, and experience true happiness through movement, breath awareness, and mindfulness.
Eva herself is a City worker and a mother of two, which allows her to bring a unique perspective to her teaching. She is particularly passionate about Pregnancy Yoga and natural childbirth preparation, and has been teaching Yoga in London, Dartford, and Gravesham since 2019.
As a Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance Professionals registered teacher, Eva is committed to providing a high-quality and authentic Yoga experience to her students. She believes in the transformative power of Yoga and looks forward to sharing the insights she has gained throughout her own practise and teaching journey.
