BABU FC FOUNDATION, formerly known as BABU FC, was established in 2017 at Lovely Professional University under the leadership of Mr. Sonu Babu. Currently, the club consists of 24 players and 2 coaches from 14 different states of India, with more than 30 players, including both boys and girls, being trained by senior players. Since 2020, BABU FC has been running under the umbrella of BABU FC FOUNDATION with the objective of uplifting football talent from low-income families in rural areas and participating in top-tier football tournaments across India.
The mission and vision of the club revolve around developing football talent, promoting women's empowerment, children's education, and engaging in various social activities. The foundation aims to provide opportunities for underprivileged individuals to succeed in the field of football and beyond. As part of their initiatives, they have youth football development programs and various projects focusing on football and education.

Additionally, Mr. Imtiaz Husain, the secretary of the Bihar Football Association, and other members like Mahesh Ray, Raja Babu, Ashok Ray, and more play essential roles in the success of the club.
