Baby Body Fit Cork provides pre and postnatal fitness classes in Carrigtwohill, supporting mums during pregnancy and after birth. Tone and strengthen during pregnancy with prenatal exercise classes taught under supervision, and bring your baby or toddler to mum and baby exercise sessions held on weekday mornings.
