Babies have a natural diving reflex, which allows them to close their throat and prevent water from entering their airway. Classes typically run for 30 minutes, which is ideal for babies given their shorter attention spans. This ensures an engaging session without exhausting them.

Both parents are welcome to attend the classes. Paul encourages parental involvement to help build a stronger bond between the baby and both parents.
