At Badger Fitness, I am committed to promoting fitness, wellbeing, and healthier lifestyles. I take a personalised approach to training, taking the time to fully understand my clients' goals and creating a customised plan to help them achieve results. I offer one-on-one training sessions that can take place at your home, local gym, or carefully-chosen outdoor locations in Whitchurch, Shropshire, and South Cheshire.
With my extensive experience as an athlete in various sporting disciplines, I can provide targeted training for specific goals. I have personally competed in 35 major marathons, over 100 competitive half-marathon races, and currently compete at a high level in cycling and triathlon. In 2017, I won 8 age group triathlon events, including sprint, Olympic, and 70. 3 distances.
In 2019, I will be aiming to race for a podium position at the legendary Challenge Roth Full distance Triathlon in Germany.
Badger Fitness offers a range of training packages to suit different needs and goals. For those looking to lose weight or achieve a specific physique, I offer tailored programmes and support to help you shed weight, tone up, and improve your overall health and fitness. If you're already at a good level of fitness and want to push yourself further, my endurance training package is designed to help you achieve personal goals and set new personal bests.
As a fully qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, I have the knowledge and expertise to guide you on your fitness journey. I am also a registered member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and a qualified ride leader with British Cycling, working with their Sky Programme.
